The convergence of the Real Estate and Title Industries took a significant step forward this November 18 as Latinamerica Title Co. and the Costa Rican Real Estate Chamber (CCCBR) announced a strategic alliance based on a shared vision for unified efforts. The alliance will allow both entities to drive new growth opportunities and has the potential to ultimately bring several benefits to the Chamber's Associates.

The alliance seeks to promote and educate brokers on Title Insurance and Escrow Services in order to professionalize and provide better service and security to investors and developers. During the Award to the Real Estate Development “Rene Frank", at the San Jose Palacio Hotel, Latinamerica Title Co. and the CCCBR celebrated the signature the strategic alliance. LATCO participated in the event as sponsors.
