Yesterday Laura Chinchilla, president of the Republic, signed the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with China, thereby fulfilling the final step in that agreement a reality.

During the ceremony, accompanied the president, Anabel Gonzalez, Minister of Foreign Trade, Wei Chuanzhong , deputy general of Quality Supervision and Quarantine of China, and Gloria Abraham, Minister of Agriculture of Costa Rica.
