And not just one or two developers interested in the area east of San Jose. They are numerous projects, some still drawings and other under construction, which together represent investments of millions on this side of the capital.

Perhaps the most recent project delivered is the Business Center of the East, with four individual towers of eight floors and three basements each. The work covers 90 thousand square meters of construction and investment exceeds $ 100 million.
