New building of two floors, will allow the airport Daniel Oduber Quiros to meet up to 1500 passengers at the same time making the Costa Rica Real Estate in Guanacaste a better investment for you.

It's estimed that this expansion will be finished around June 2011, this investment of around $35 million will help this province tourism and will reafirm it's place as the second of the most important airports tracks in Costa Rica.

This project started in October 2010, when it's done Daniel Oduber Quiros airport will be able to receive 4 flights at the same time.

This new building means good news for tourists, as well as the capacity will increase to around 1500 passenger the terminal has space for them to be comfortably served, it will have restaurants, kiosks, bathrooms, air conditioners which are very important because of the warm climate of Guanacaste.

This buidings are needed from a long time ago, because this airport as been growing since it's contruction, in the last 10 years the visitors seen in the terminal has grown over the 525%.

The growth of the attention of tourists at the airport in Liberia is directly related to the boom in some destinations near Guanacaste, as is the case of Papagayo or around the Arenal Volcano in La Fortuna de San Carlos. Source: La Republica
