A high demand of office is expected due more than anything for the service sector, thanks to the arrival of new specialized companies and expansions of those already established, like the insurance companies and telecommunications. But also the government institutions have showed signs of demand in the Costa Rica Real Estate Market.
The period in which the market could remain in this phase of expansion is not possible to calculate with certainty.
Some of the works of offices are already under construction are TERRA Corporate Campus, Tower and Escazú Mountains Corporate Center, these are all buildings in height.
