A new Costa Rica Real Estate luxury project named "Ayarco Real" will be developed in Lomas de Ayarco, Curridabat.

This new tower will be located next to the restaurant "La casa de Doña Lela" and consists of a 7 story-building.

Due it's priviledged location 39 of the apartments have already been presold, in this first phase of the project the apartments range from $129 thousand the smallest to $306 thousand.

The price of the aparments vary according to the floor al the building, because if the aparments are higher, better the views it has.

The sizes also vary, the smallest is of around 85 m² and the biggest is up to 177 m² including the parking area.

Among the factors the motivated the developers its that it is located near the new Large commercial center "Momentum Pinares" and the construction of another small commercial center.

All these projects emerged due to the high levels of middle class population in the zone, besides that there weren´t enough commercial offers and entertainment.

It's expected that this tower will be finished in April 2012, and it will have common areas with a gym, a multipurpose lounge and a playground area.
