As a way to supply our east Capital of a Luxury High Quality Hotel as a way to complement the zone attractions the International Hotel Chain Hyatt will open a new hotel called Hyatt Place San José Pinares.

This hotel is the first project in Central America and the Hotel Chain Hyatt is happy to work with the Strategic Hospitality Investments Corporation. The exclusiveness of this project will be available in our Costa Rica listings.

This will be the second hotel of the "Place" line in Latin America and will be located in a commercial complex called Momentum Pinares.

Besides the hotel, in the commercial complex there will be another facilities like: an offices building of 9 thousand sqf, a medical center of 4,4 thousand sqf, a movie theater and a commercial center of 6,9 thousand sqf.

Hyatt Corporation said in advance that the hotel will have 120 rooms, Costa Rica Real Estate experts said that the total investment of this project will be around the $200 millions.

Besides this new hotel, the corporation inaugurated another hotel in the zone of Papagayo but this time from the "Andaz" line, which it's meant for more exclusive and stylized executive costumers.

The high quality and exclusiveness of this hotel are due to the experience in the market of this hotel corporation, actually they have around 447 properties.

The associations and allies of Hyatt Place in the development of this project are: Developer 506 from the Cuestamoras Group and the Sinergo Development group, giving this project a well experienced support.
