Nowadays people are searching for the best property in the market, to find the best offer people look for a lot of realtors and that's definitely not good for them. To solve this problem,The Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate(CCCBR) designed the new Multiple Listing Services (MLS) in Costa Rica.

"We are looking to offer a tool for those who are interested in the Costa Rican Real Estate Market, this tool will let them choose the property they are looking for in the most clean and organized way" said Bianca Mrazoba Vicepresident of the CCCBR.

The MLS is in their first steps so the idea is to keep improving it, based on the users needs, actually the MLS has more than 4000 properties and the ones that will access the MLS are the 400 associate members of CCCBR which will have the opportunity to communicate with other realtors so they can know which realtor is in charge of the sale of each property, this will reduce the complications at the closing of a sale.

Besides the MLS, the CCCBR is looking for an alliance with the Owners of the Global MLS which actually has more than 4 million of properties around the world, thats why the Costa Rica MLS has to keep growing, to do that, the MLS has another feature, it is in 13 different idioms making it easier to have the info in the corresponding language of the client.
