The Forum 2 Lindora project began construction of two new office buildings by investing over $23 million.

This stage includes the towers "M" and "N" with 10 thousand square meters used for offices and a parking platform with capacity for 650 vehicles.

Each building consists of five floors and two basements, its design will be very similar to the current one of Forum 2.

The builder company responsible for the work says that it is going to be ready in December.

The project is funded by the "Investment Fund Real Estate Development Two" which is administered by Lafise.

"The business model is to build buildings, rent and then sell them for a real estate investor," said Eduardo Videche, manager of the Fund, in which more than 25 investors, most Costa Ricans.

The project includes, in its entirety, 17 office buildings totaling more than $ 100 million. Currently, nine are in use. Of these, six belong to a mutual fund and three to a private investor.

From these towers, three were sold at $ 20 million. The master plan of the work includes, in addition to those just starting construction, five towers and a hotel that is in full force. Two buildings would be delivered in late 2012 and the last in 2014.

"Once we are ready to sell the new towers, we will open a process that will invite a number of investors to bid for the property," explains Videche.

Rented offices, a party is intended as a free zone in which utilities are installed as Hewlett Packard, Western Union and Oracle.

Among the attractions of the place is an area that includes shopping, banking, food area and a spa.

The project incorporates a Central Plaza Verde, with the adjacent buildings, which mimics the parks of major cities.

The site of 5,300 square meters, was designed as a recreation area and walk to the workers of enterprises of the site.
