A very well known business man, president of the Universal company knew of this new urgent need of a commercial and business center in the central part of the country.

That's why a new Universal tower will be built in Sabana Sur, the site where they 're planning to build is located in the Universal Store that's actually located there increasing your Costa Rica Real Estate opportunities.

The initiative involves the use of 65 thousand square meters, it will be a 18-story building that will have 30 thousand square meters of offices for lease or sale, while in the rest of the first floor will be located the shopping area of Universal which will include a plaza and a food court. The start of this project depends of the developer, which is in the stage of closing agreements with prospective tenants, so if they are able to fill most of the space by March, the work would begin this year. Otherwise, it will start in 2012.
