• It is informative because it alerts the owner´s property immediately.

The process is very easy; first the respective documents of the property are presented. Then, the will is registered to avoid altering the information of the real estate. After that, a special power is conferred to PPR in order to be opposed immediately to any movement of their property, since a daily monitoring is done; the data is compared and verified.

An opposition is indicated to the client and it is presented to the registration to guarantee that the property will remain immobilized in case there is a difference in the information that needs to be identify. It continues the accusation with the judicial authorities.
