Fly & Buy Program Policies

The Fly & Buy program is another service that Exclusive Real Estate offers to encourage our customers to travel to Costa Rica easier and more comfortable. The greatest advantage of this system that the cost of the trip is reimbursed when purchasing a property: lot, condominium, house, apartment or trade..

The program has the following policies and restrictions:

1According to the amount of the investment or the purchase, the cost of your trip will be reimbursed, as the following table:

• Properties from $40.000.00 to $75.000.00, reimbursement $1000.00
• Properties from $76.000.00 to $125.000.00, reimbursement $2000.00
• Properties from $126.000.00 to $175.000.00, reimbursement $3000.00
• Properties from $176.000.00 to $225.000.00, reimbursement $4000.00
• Properties up to $225.000.00 reimbursement will cover 100% of the cost of the trip.

Note: This table will apply only if the investor purchases with Exclusive Real Estate without any involvement of third parties. 2The program is designed for one person. If you want to travel with your family or other people a special discount will be applied for each extra person. But the reimbursement covers only one person by property acquired.

3The trip is operated by Travel Excellence S.A., internationally recognized for its customer service quality, a company certified by the ICT (Instituto Costarricense de Turismo) in the promotion of Costa Rica and environment protection.

4Packages from the Fly & Buy Program can be modified to please your desires via the tour operator. Also, these changes must be paid in advance before your arrival to Costa Rica.

5Exclusive Real Estate offers a title of security with LATCO Chicago Title franchise for Central America that will guarantee the safety of your investment. The cost of the property title goes right to your own hands.

6Reimbursement should be made immediately after you cancel the total value of property.
